Kim Kardashian slammed for this selfie

If the reports that a surrogate is pregnant with their fourth child are true, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will soon have another mouth to feed.

That could be why the reality star drummed up some extra cash by sharing a sponsored post Wednesday to her 123 million Instagram followers.

#ad You guys all know I looove @flattummyco shakes. I've just restarted them (it's Day 2 today) and I’m already feeling so good. We had a huuuuge Christmas this year and between that, New Years and everything inbetween… I felt like it was impossible to fit in my regular work outs and eat healthy. But this program is giving me a kick in the right direction that I need. These meal replacement shakes are so good and they're helping me get my tummy back to flat. I’m already feeling amazing and I’m so excited for the next few weeks. Because they’re all about getting women back on track… they’ve got a 20% off sale going on right now, so if you want to start 2019 off right… trust me, you’re going to want to check them out. PS. I’m doing the chocolate program🍫

Rather than acknowledge the rumours about her reportedly expanding family, Kardashian showed off her trim torso in an ad peddling Flat Tummy’s line of meal replacement shakes.

The 38-year-old credits the weight loss range with helping her slim down after holiday indulgence.

“These meal replacement shakes are so good and they’re helping me get my tummy back to flat,” Kardashian posted.

“I’m already feeling amazing and I’m so excited for the next few weeks.”

Her fans were less impressed, however. After blasting Kardashian for promoting Flat Tummy’s appetite-suppressing lollipops last May, her followers are once again accusing her of pushing an unhealthy, body-shaming agenda.

“What a shame you are promoting this to young girls that look up to you,” one person admonished. “Disgusting.”

“How much [are] they paying her to promote this utter garbage?” another asked.

“This is telling young impressionable kids that follow you that a simple shake will make their body right,” a commenter added. “OMG time to unfollow.”

Some followers chided Kardashian for promoting a quick-fix weight loss product.

“Such a shame to see a powerful woman with such a strong following promoting toxic weight loss techniques such as these,” a commenter wrote.

“This is the opposite of productive … If anything, enter into 2019 with a goal of HEALTH, not unsustainable weight loss goals and disappointment. Kim, young girls are watching!”

Others wondered why Kardashian needs to run a paid post given her wealth, but she’s not alone in having a side hustle.

Her mother, Kris Jenner, posted an ad for meal replacement shakes this week from a competing company. Like her daughter, Jenner was accused of being “irresponsible” about health and body image.
